Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ocean Torque, we aim to provide high-quality marine and boat spare parts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, labels, and accessories are included
  • The item is not a special-order, clearance, or custom-made product

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Electrical components once installed
  • Custom or special-order marine parts
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
  • Products returned without original packaging

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return:

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
